Reload SQL database

I've moved vBulletin to a new server. I backed up the database and downloaded the 17MB file to my PC. On the new server, I tried the phpMyAdmin upload textfile method, but it appears to have a 2MB file size limit. Also, there is no SSH, only WebShell.

So, I ftp'd the file up to the new server... is there an easy way to load the file using an SQL query? Or some other way?

I don't know anything about WebShell but if you have no SSH access you can try this file http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump.php it worked for me on a 60MB database so it should do the job for you.
