Query to change all users to Auto DST

Can someone tell me what the SQL query is to change all users to =

'Date & Time Options' - DST Correction Option: - Auto detect DST settings

Backup first.

Turn ON autodst:
UPDATE user SET options = options + 64 WHERE NOT(options & 64)

Turn OFF autodst:
UPDATE user SET options = options - 64 WHERE options & 64
