disable hybrid mode

I disabled choosing the hybrid mode
I've a question about this
when disabled it, users who choosed hybrid mode before go on using hybrid mode or they see as a linear mode user?

If they go on using hybrid mode, I want to change them all to default linear mode like other many users

how could I this?

If you disabled hybrid mode, then it will force users to use linear as the feature will no longer be available to them.
