Enable supermods to change a member's usergroup to moderated?

My supermods can ban a user, but we also have a usergroup called 'moderated', for members that need their posts reviewed first - is there a way I can make it so a supermod could change a user to the 'moderated' usergroup? I don't necessarily want them to be able to change the user to ANY usergroup, just to the 'moderated' usergroup.

You have to give them access to the Admin Control Panel and give each Super Moderator the "Can Administer Users" and "Can Administer Threads" permissions.
