    Proper procedure when upgrade hangs?

    Upgrading from 3.0.3 to 3.0.4 my install stopped at step 3, "Import Latest language - Importing vbulletin-language.xml". I'm still leaving the browser window open but it has been over 10 minutes at this step, yes I timed it. No error message, just the "please wait"

    If I stop it then should I just restart from the beginning and try again? Any changes I should try?

    This is my first upgrade so I'm a bit nervous about messing it up.

      You server may be timing out on this step. You said 'install'. Are you running install.php or upgrade.php?

          I was running Upgrade, I should not have said install. Maybe it was just my browser. I finally gave up and restarted the upgrade. The second time it worked fine.

          I was worried about duplicating something by quiting and restarting but it seems to have gone just fine.
