Avatar sizes

I am really sorry this is a dumb question but I cant seem to find the answer in the manual or anywhere.

I stumbled upon it before but where do I change the allowable size for avatars?

It's a group permission:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup
