removing the 'give reputation' button from a usergroup

I have a usergroup 'moderated', for people who are causing trouble, and they have been using the 'reputation' button to bypass moderation and send harassing crap to ppl they don't like - is there a way I can set that usergroup to not be able to use the reputation feature?

That is a group permission:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Can Use Reputation

Set 'Can Use Reputation' to 'No' in the usergroup settings.
