I don't have that option
Info: I made the post I want to close as Admin, it also is a sticky post.
I noticed on another forum that they have a sticky post and instead of saying "sticky" it reads "Important" how do I do that?

Edit the "sticky_thread_prefix" phrase in the Phrase Manager.
