Paid Subscriptions and Upgrades

I am setting up two paid subscriptions and was wondering if there is a way to set up an upgrade subscription? So, if they sign up for the basic level and then change their mind and want to pay the difference and upgrade.

If there isn't I'll use the solution you provided on this thread and just make the upgrade subscription only visible to the user group that paid for the initial one.

I think we can confirm there is no level of paid subscriptions (upgrade type). The solution in your last post is the best right now.
