Can't upload large images

Hello,

My members can't upload large images anymore.. I don't know when it stopped working but it just doesn't work..

The image file is ~ 575kb and the max. filesize for jpg's is 600kb. The setting for image uploads in the php.ini file is set to 2mb..

My proxy server (used on Firefox) tells me 'Empty document' and the Internet Explorer just cancels the upload and gives me the typical 'Document not found' error screen.

Edit: Uploading smaller images works.. My members are telling me even 250kb images don't work

Well how long is it taking you to upload the image? Most servers have a default max_execution_time of about 30 seconds, which unless you are on blistering fast dsl/cable you are not going to uplaod half a meg that fast.
