Subscriptions: PayPal is working, but problems with Nochex. Please help.

I have subscriptions set up on my site and they're going pretty well, only quite a few people have said they don't want to use PayPal (fair enough).

So, I've set up Nochex and got the account all working fine there, and the Automatic Payment Confrimation URL is correct.

However, when my wife signed up (thanks to her) the payment went through, she got an email, I got an email, but unlike with PayPal the usergroup (additional) did not change.

The communication tests all work, and if it matters she paid with a debit card and is NOT a nochex member.

I'd really like some help as this not working could be costing me money!

Also, does anyone know a way to use Nochex with a test account or something, as she can't keep paying me with our joint account on each test, as it costs us nearly 50p a go!!

I'll speak with Asif about this at Nochex. But I'm pretty sure it was working as I'd spoken to them after they switched to vBulletin at their support forums.

There is a test mode you can use to stop it costing you money btw.

Thanks, as I say on the Nochex side it all appears OK, and the URL is right, and on the forum side the tests all work out and the PayPal subscriptions have been working fine.

I couldn't find the test mode, I'd better look again! Thanks for that tip.

Any news, as I'll be damned if I can get it to work?

I've managed to recruit 280 subscribers in a month, so I'm dead chuffed, but several down right refuse to use PayPal.

Please help if someone can!

By "test mode" do you mean this:

I've looked over the code and its working on my end without problem. Can you use the ticket you opened and provide FTP access so I can add some debugging code to your nochex.php file.

Are you getting any error logs on either of your sites in the error logs? DOes nochex have a list of ips you can scan your log files for to se if they're communiticating with you?
Do they require that your server be SSL capable?
