Dropdown Menu Issue?

Apologies for posting such a specific topic. I did search beforehand, but found nothing that could help me to the degree I'm looking for.

Basically, all I'm trying to do is change a static link currently on the navbar to a drop-down menu. (See attachment)

Any help would be appreciated.
