Upgraded to 3.0.3 - reply image trouble

I upgraded from 3.0.0 to 3.0.3 and there wree no errors but one image is distorted in IE and not displayed at all in FireFox. The /images/buttons/quote.gif button for some reason does not diaplay. I've re-uploaded it to no avail? I searched and did not see this reported but I'm sure it must be something easy Only image I've seen effected.

It looks like the image is corrupted. Try redownloading the zip file from the member's area. Upload the new image from the new zip file.

And make sure you are uploading the image in binary mode, not ascii.
