No Administrator Notes after upgrade to 3.0.3

No Administrator Notes after upgrade to 3.0.3

I am upgrading from 3.0.0 to 3.0.3 from a directory to another directory.

I have to use tar -zcpvf backup.tgz * to backup my database MYI .MYD and .frm files and tar -zxpvf backup170704.tgz to restore them. Can I do that from a servver to another server ?

All is working but after upgrade, I see no Administrator Notes in AdminCP. Is it normal ? See screenshot.

The notes are empty by default. You have to type in some text and save it by yourself
