admin forum.php Javascript error when clicking buttons?

Okay, this is a brand new install on a brand new server...

I uploaded 3.03 and got the site working just fine. Changed styles great. But when I go back to the Forums Admin I get a javascript error and cannot make any changes to the forums (like edit them.) When I click the Go button I get the following errors:

Any ideas? I have re-uploaded the files 3 times.

I should add this happens in both IE and FireFox.

Firefox error would probably be more informative.

You can click on the link in the javascript console and it shows the exact line, if you could copy and paste that.
