Hello!
When we upgrade to VB 3.0 (soon I hope) and the attachments are moved to the filesystem, where will they be put if we have two PHP front end servers, and one backend MySQL database server?
The two front end servers that run the PHP use load balancing. If somebody uploads a file, will it only be on one server and show a "FILE NOT FOUND" error when somebody is on the other one?
For your information, we have a 5.6 GB attachment table right now, and a total of 9.4 GB VBulletin database. Luckily we are hopefully moving today to a $35,000 SGI Altix database server to speed things up again. Then we can upgrade to VB 3.0. Can't wait!
Thanks!
