You can remove that and all other redirection pages by going to your:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Remove Redirection Message Pages

Enable that option.

Are you sure that is working ?

I try that and it does not work.

Note: Some pages will still use the redirection page when cookies are involved to prevent some potential problems.

My mistake. That page is always present because cookies are involved so the login redirection page is required to prevent potential problems.
