What does this do?

Normally a thread is shown as unread and bumped to the when someone replies to it. But if you have a poll in your thread you have the option to set up admin cp to make the thread be shown as unread and bumped everytime someone makes a vote in a poll.

I tried this option and found it very confusing. Whenever a user would make a vote, I would check the thread thinking there was a new reply.
