Thumbnails for new attachments (made after upgrade to 3.0.2) still work if I rebuild them, but they do not show (get the "red X") for attachments made before the upgrade.

As mentioned before this is with the second misc.php and having the attachments in the database.

Anyone posted this as a bug yet?

vBulletin 3.0.2 This release contains a security fix for a minor XSS vulnerability related to the WYSIWYG editor, various other bug fixes, and several improvements. We would recommend all vBulletin 3 users to upgrade their installations as soon as possible, or else disable the WYSIWYG editor until such time as you are

Didn't work for me. I sure don't want to have to unattach hundreds of attachments. Oh well, I guess it's off to product support.

FYI - I had to delete 6 jpg files and reattach them to get my rebuild thumbnails to go all the way through.

the rebuild process gets a blank page most of the time and we have to jump the attachment ids manually, can't we get that fixed too?

or simply delete the attachment row whenever it's useless.
                    Thank you Freddie.

one more thing .. is it possible to have it rebuilding in an DESC order? starting from the latest attachment?

I've tried adding DESC at the end of the SQL, but the next page it started ASC !
Please advice Freddie it would be much apprecieted

If you have attachments in the filesystem then you'll have to rebuild thumbnails to get them moved properly. If you have them in the database then you could try running this query instead of rebuilding thumbnails.

                        UPDATE attachment SET thumbnail_filesize = LENGTH(thumbnail)

but the rebuild is still showing blank page sometimes and I have to manually increase startat=+10 so that it carries on .. my thumbs r stored in the db.

                          Please advice
