    mysql error number: 0

    I upgraded to 3.0.1 last week and I've been receiving 6-10 emails daily that look like this:
    Database error in vBulletin :

    Link-ID == false, connect failed
    mysql error:
    mysql error number: 0

    Date: Thursday 17th of June 2004 07:22:45 PM
    Script:

    Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

    Sean

    PS: In my config file I have the persistent connections set to 0 and I mention this because I found a roughly similar post in the v2 forum.

    The MySQL server has either crashed, shut down or the server is in a reboot.
    Or the details in the config.php are incorrect. But since the forum is operational at points, I doubt it changes from right to wrong.

    Check your host the mysql log to investigate why it goes down.
