Change the menu bar titles across top of screen

I want to change the name "user CP" on the top menu to "profile." Can anyone please adivse how to do it?

Go to:

AdminCP > Languages & Phrases > Edit/Translate English (US) Phrases* > Global Phrases > user_cp (Page 43)

Change to whatever you like.

* Obviously if your not using English substitute the appropriate language here.
