    Have you checked your bbcode templates to make sure they are default?

        All default bbcode is stored in templates, php quote code html

        Check your bbcode_php template to see if its not default.

          Yes, it is the default one:

          Code:
          <div style="margin:20px; margin-top:5px">
           	<div class="smallfont" style="margin-bottom:2px">$vbphrase[php_code]:</div>
           	<div class="alt2" style="margin:0px; padding:$stylevar[cellpadding]px; border:1px inset; width:$stylevar[codeblockwidth]; height:{$blockheight}px; overflow:auto">
           		<code style="white-space:nowrap">
           			<!-- php buffer start -->$code<!-- php buffer end -->
           		</code>
           	</div>
           </div>

              Nope, I haven't changed any of the default files except for the templates for my site. And I didn't alter the BBCode one.

                  Hate to bump this when the bug is already listed as closed/fixed, but you know...

                  I have added to that bug report.
                  "I can't seem to bring myself to say, 'Well, I guess I'll be toddling along.'
                  It isn't that I can't toddle. It's that I can't guess I'll toddle."
