Add additional navbar under excisting navbar?

I´d like a extra navbar under, or a bit under, the original top one, for site links, how do I do that?

Change the LINK1 2 3 to a url (ie: http://www.vbulletin.com )
give the Link a desctiption like vBulletin.com

Problems with second navbar

For one of my styles, my new bar shows up fine(after tweaking it, I got the second navbar to look like the top(in terms of gradient, size, font, etc.)

http://www.typeill.com/forums/?styleid=45 is the one that looks normal and perfectly fine....

but if you look at
http://www.typeill.com/forums/?styleid=43
http://www.typeill.com/forums/?styleid=41

... the "second bar" looks taller, etc. I don't know if this has to do with class, or the DIV markups.... but does anybody have an idea what I should look for to change?

Now i use a skin called Vizion by extremepixal and the code above < nav button bar> not there how do i add a extra nav bar under the welcome panel.

Ok i have vBulletin 3.0.3 and i'm trying to add another link into my NAV such as User CP, FAQ, Etc.. Where do i go to find or edit to make another link. Thanks!
