I sent him a private message yesterday refereincing this thread.
However, since I have not heard back yet...
Isn't there even a single person out there who can take two minutes to check if the mycookies.php file works under OS X?Comment

Sigh. Two private messages sent to Scott and absolutely no reply. Also, over 50 thread views and no one in the community willing to help.
I'm disappointed in the level of support I am receiving from Jelsoft and the vBulletin community on this simple issue.Comment

Hi Scott,
Thank you for your response. I believe the user is using Mac OS X 10.3 and Safari 1.2.Comment

Hi Scott,
My user basically said that using the mycookies.php script didn't do anything for him; in other words, his cookies were not deleted...
In the mean time, I sent my user a pdf file outlining how to selectively delete cookies from within Safari. He's logged in and has posted since, so I believe his issues have been (at least for now) solved.
I'm glad to hear, though, that the script works for you. That's at least one reliable data point. Thanks for your support -- I appreciate it.Comment
