i want to know every User Regisiter and Active There Account it go to (COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation

so i need it to go to

Registered Users

why when any one regisiter in the site he is add in the group (COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation

why the regisiter user not add in "Registered Users" Group ..

That is normal when you are Moderating new members OR you have COPPA enabled and they enter a birthdate within the COPPA range.

I have a similar problem. Every user regardless of their birthdate ends up in this category. I have people registering with DOB in 1929 that end up in COPPA Users Awaiting Moderation.

That means you are moderating new users:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Moderate New Members -> Yes
