No Priority Telephone Support??

Our account has the three email addresses for Priority Email Support. But I cannot find the Priority Phone Support option.

Please help.

I found the order page for Phone Support at $60 for 1 month.

When I checked it, and continued, the $60 did not carry over to the shopping cart.

I backed up, made sure the $60 was checked, and then added to extend our forum support for another $30 (total $90), and continued. Still, the cart did not load the phone support of $60. It only loaded the $30 for the support.

Sounds like a bug in the system from the site update. It's been reported.

Also please note that telephone support is not 24/7. We don't have the kind of staffing to do that. It's available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

We reported a Priority Email Support over an hour ago. Ticket SID-131793-567cd584 with no help. In the meantime, our entire web site is down. What do you suggest?

Unfortunatley not all tickets are going to be responded to within a few minutes, and sometimes we do need to take breaks. Martin has responded asking for more information so he can help.

Four minutes after the support ticket was submitted, you were asked for the error email to be sent. You sent back a confirmation of the support ticket.

When the error occurred, there was an email dispatched to the address listed as the technical contact in config.php. We need to see the contents of that email before anything can be done whatsoever.
