Similar Threads automatic search

I love the Similar Threads option, but I noticed that it only runs when someone starts a thread. It doesn't re-search for Similar Threads when replies are made to a thread.

Any way to make this happen? Have Similar Threads calculated based on not just the content of the original thread post but also for replies?

This feature is based on the thread and post titles so the post content is not relevant.
