Merging foruminfo with a webpage

I wonder how the following can be done: I'd like to the info of the last five post/thread to be displayed at a regular webpage.

Would be nice to include the following: Name of thread, name of person who last posted, and time/dato for last post.

Anyone know how this can be done?

That requires custom code. I recommend you ask this on www.vbulletin.org , the official vB hacking site.
