Thread views not counting all views?

I just moved everything to a new server and most everything seems to be working ok. I tried to use the search here but I keep getting an error so I apologize upfront if this has been covered in another thread.

1. http://www.gfyforums.com/forums
2. PHP V. 4.3.1
3. MySql 4.0.12
4. IIS 6.0
5. Windows 2003 Server
6. No errors related to this problem
7. No edited files

For example I have a thread right now with 8 replies and only 5 views. If anyone could point me to a fix I would be much obliged.

The change to functions.php fixed my problem, thanks for the help.
