Step-by-step on creating style set to match a website?

I have a couple of boards whose styles I want to force-match to at least the colors found on the accompanying standalone websites, to create a reasonably seamless back-and-forth.

Is there a set of directions on how to do this simply and effectively? I've RTFMed but it's from two years ago and doesn't seem to have much on the subject. Thanks in advance!

Since you are using vB2, the color maps here will help you:

user cp (http://www.idlewords.net/usercp.jpg) forumhome (http://www.idlewords.net/forumhome.gif) pm folder (http://www.idlewords.net/pmfolder.jpg) showthread (http://www.idlewords.net/showthread.jpg) These are 4 maps for determining colors on the noted screens.

They do at that. Thanks. I've got that and my unique-logo problems solved now. All aboard!
