Disabling Attachments

Is it possible to disable users from posting attachments? I've looked through the options a few times and didn't find anything.

you can easily edit this out in the newreply and newpost templates so they never see it

There is.

You can control Attachments by UserGroups. If you set the Registered Group so they can't post attachments it will disappear out of the template.

Under the usergroup settings:

Can post attachments Yes No

If they don't have access then the attachment box will not be displayed.

Create a new style and call it "allowattachments".

Then only create the following templates:
newthread
newreply
editpost

Keep the attachment information in these templates.

Go into the individual forums you want to allow attachments in and change their style to "allowattachments".

Delete the attachment information from your default templates and voila... only those forums with the "allowattachments" style will have the capability to do this.

Got lost here---create only these templates--with add?
