Entropy Banner?

can i make an entropy banner run in php? i was going to put it in the header.

Welcome to the EntropyBanner Manager. From this managment console you can adjust the priority of each banner should get, upload and remove banners, and change where the person will be redirected to when they click on the banner.

Then add the following tag to the .shtml page you want the banners to appear on
