attachment problem, see error

i get the following error when attempting to upload an image. i have tried changing all the different options under the attachments area...

The directory its trying to upload to D:\WINNT\TEMP\ is non-exsistent.

then the script may not be able to see it. Make sure its chmoded to 777(0777)
