Enter the vBulletin Admin Control Panel as an administrator and browse down to the templates section.

Modify the style you wish to change and find the template forumdisplay_announcement - either click on [edit] or [change original] behind it and find this section:
    Code:
    <td bgcolor="{firstaltcolor}" align="left"><normalfont>Announcement: <a href="announcement.php?s=$session[sessionhash]&forumid=$foruminfo[forumid]">$announcement[title]</a></normalfont></td>
and replace it with this section:
    Code:
    <td bgcolor="{firstaltcolor}" align="left"><normalfont><b>Announcement:</b> <a href="announcement.php?s=$session[sessionhash]&forumid=$foruminfo[forumid]">$announcement[title]</a></normalfont></td>
Save the template and see how that looks

    I hope this helps,
