    Parse error 313?

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '<' in /home/virtual/site7/fst/var/www/html/forums/global.php(313) : eval()'d code on line 7

Thats the error I am receiving. Its at the very top of my forum. The forum is running fine however. What is causing this and how do I get rid of it.

Reupload your original globabl.php file overwriting the one you currently have on your server. Make sure to upload in ASCII Transfer Mode!

Are you sure? Reupload all of vBulletin's original files overwriting the ones you currently have on your server.

I got it straight. I was modifying my footer. Well in used the "parse code" section as well a notepad of sorts. I forgot to delete what I had in there I have it straight now
