Strange. Are you sure that this is not the database listed in your config.php file?

Then I honestly don't know how you would have gotten this email. I guess it's possible that someone else modified their config.php file and used your email address for the $technicalemail setting, but this doesn't seem very likely.

Since it was referrer: admin/ dir.
Go check your admin logs from that day and see if someone else has entered your admin control panel but your own ip range.
