Problem with Sticky Threads

Hi,

Yesterday I used the phpBB2 importer to imporst the posts/threads into vB 2.2.9.
Since then, members can make their own sticky posts - but the permissions look fine. Any ideas how I can stop this?

Weird thing is, I made a new User and I can't do it :/

Didn't phpBB have the option for users to stick their own threads?

Dunno - never use phpBB.
I donated my license (changed the info in the members area, so don't worry ) to www.avrilworld.net and imported in their old phpBB data etc.
