There seems to have been a slight problem with the Forums database

and I get this. I am moving servers and now this,
It reports vb 2.2.6 but its 2.2.9 weird one.

This means you're running a 2.2.6 database with 2.2.9 files. You need to upgrade your database by running the appropriate upgrade scripts.
