Disabling NIX limits and board offline mode via phpMyAdmin?

Well, I have just moved my board over to a new server, but due to the fact that my domain DNS has not updated yet, I cannot access my admin control panel. The database I transferred over has NIX limits set to on, and I also disabled the board temporarily with an away message before I moved it over, and I couldn't find anywhere to turn this off in phpMyAdmin either. If anyone could help me with this quickly, I would be greatly appreciated.

Run this query:

SELECT * FROM template WHERE title='options'

Locate the appropriate variable in this format:

$varname = 'value';

Change the appropriate setting, then also make the same change to your setting table.
