What exactly does this mean, and why are the guests viewing it?>

The guest is trying out the link maybe, or a search bot is going over it. No real need to worry. The user will see 'Permission denied' if you didn't give him the permissions to do mod stuff.

You can test it yourself by loggin out of your forum and try to do some 'mod duties' yourself as a guest user. What you will see, is what they will see.

It doesn't hurt to try it out yourself to make sure,
and it doesn't hurt to keep an eye on guest behaviours and user behaviours on your site.

I check the whos online list about 600 times a day

Every 3 or so minutes that I'm on I check it out, I need no problems ya know?

I tried it and it said denied...Thanks!
