Keep forums unstacked in their category?

Hello All:
I am curious as to how to keep the forums unstacked in their categories. For example: I am going to create a new category in my forum for my star wars galaxies page. But i do not want all these forums displayed; only when you click the category header will you see the forums inside that category.

Exactly how do i do this? Thanks...everyone have a nice sunday!
