    Change Length Of Shortened URLs

The URLs generated by VB get shortened if its too long...

I want to control the length of this. The shortened URL/hyperlink still doesn't fit onto the display size I'm working on for a custom style (for PDA display). Its still too long causing the screen to expand to the right.

Can't seem to find it in templates - anyone knows which PHP file to modify to change this?

I want to make shorter eg. like this...

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Thread display options -> Number of characters before wrapping

    Set accordingly.

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

That option doesn't apply to URL/hyperlinks, only text.
