Weird: Missing all template names in Admin CP

In: Vb2.25>Admin CP>Templates>Modify>Expand List

Its odd, unless the template has been modified, all that shows up is the bulletin dot followed by 'modify original'.... the name of the template is completely omitted! Any way to rebuild the list or fix this??
