    Users suddenly have to login to read

    Somehow it's suddenly become necessary to login to read my board. I can't figure out why. It didn't used to be like this, and I've een scouring my settings and still can't figure it out.
    My user groups settings for "unregistered / not logged in" have "yes" checked for
    - Can view board
    - Can view members info (including other's profiles and members list)
    - Can view others' threads
    - Can download attachments

    in my Forum Permissions I'm using group defaults for all of them.

    Is there another setting somewhere that I'm missing?

    You may have a ghost access mask in the access table. Backup your database then run this query in phpmyadmin:

    DELETE FROM access WHERE userid=0;

    This should fix the problem.
