    Design issue with "inactive" forums

I noticed that you can't move a thread to an inactive forum. I'm not sure if this is a good thing because many people's Trash Can forum might be called "Inactive" just so it doesn't appear on forumhome. Logically it would make sense than an inactive forum shouldn't be receiving threads but the other point is valid, too.

Well I do that too (just change the permissions) but still the description for inactive just says that the forum isn't displayed...

Functionally an inactive forum cannot accept new posts, including any threads moved to it.
