New user cannot post in my forum !

Ok I've had no problems so far... with normal registered users...

Yesterday a new user came, she registered and everytime she tried to post she couldn't.

this is what she sent me :

Hey!
I΄m trying to post at the forums, but it says that I΄m not logged in
all the time, and it doesnt matter how many times I΄ve acctually logged in.


I told here that I checked her account and everything is ok.
She tried again. Nothing.

Then I deleted her account and told her to re-register.
nothing.

Then I deleted the account and I registered a new one for her.
I sent her the details - she activated her account but still she could not post!

I logged in with her account and was able to post without a problem!

I do not understand this, at all.
Any ideas?

It would appear that something on her computer is blocking cookies. She can either remove this block, or you can try modifying her profile to ser 'Browse the board with cookies' to 'No'.

I forgot to mention it.

The first thing I told her was to delete her cookies and try to loggin. This did not help.

Well she *is* able to post with Netscape....

As I said something was blocking her cookies. In this case it was most likely her IE browser settings.
