vBulletin Refund

Can I please have a refund to my vbulletin. I currently do not have a site nor did I ever during the time I had purchased my vB and have no use for it. It was opened a month and a half ago. Could a vB support member reply to this or email me on this matter. Also I would not mind a handling fee, but I just have no use for it. I love the software and I will buy it in the future if I am in need.

Jelsoft, to the best of my knowledge does not provide refunds, especailly 1.5 months later.
