    problem

    whenever i try to edit thread, close, delete, etc, or any of the mods this error message comes up

    The action you have attempted could not be performed as your session appears to be invalid. Click the below link to attempt this action again with a new session.

      yes there is quite a few hacks, but none in a week or so that i have added

        We can't really offer much help with hacked forums. I suggest manually deleting your cookies to see if that helps. To do this in IE 6.0:

        Tools -> Internet Options -> Temporary Internet Files -> Settings -> View Files

        Then search for the individual cookies for your domain and delete them all. The name should be in the form of:

        Cookie:[email protected]
        and
        Cookie:username@www.yoursite.com

        ...and any derivatives of the above. Then highlight the individual cookies and delete each one found. After this, close all browser windows and restart IE.

        If that doesn't work then try clearing your session table by running this query in phpMyAdmin:

        DELETE FROM session;

          i deleted the cookie, and it works on IE, but i use AOL most of the time, should i still run that query?

            Since it would appear to be cookie related then try deleting your cookies in the AOL browser (if you can find out how.)

              to delete my cookies, all i did was go to start, search, cookies, and i deleted the @mysites cookie..
