Control Who Registers

Hi folks:

How do I control who registers. I want to aprove each and every new registrant before they have access. Then they can have full access.

In the admin CP options, set Moderate New Members to On.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User and registration options -> Moderate New Members -> Yes

I found it, thanks so much to both of you!!!! What I was doing wrong was I did not have those users set to not view posts. Got it now, thanks again!!!
