Quick Question

I currently have :

Category 01 (the old category)
- Forum 01
- Forum 02
- Forum 03
- Forum 04
- Forum 05
- Forum 06
- Forum 07
- Forum 08
Category 02 (New Category)
- Empty
Category 03
- Irrelevant
Category 04
- Irrelevant


Now what I need to do is this :
Category 01 contains 8 forums all with sub forums
Category 02 is currently empty
I need to move 4 of the 8 existing forums from category 01 into category 02
i.e.

Category 01 (the old category)
- Forum 01
- Forum 02
- Forum 03
- Forum 04
Category 02 (New Category)
- Forum 05
- Forum 06
- Forum 07
- Forum 08
Category 03
- Irrelevant
Category 04
- Irrelevant


Is there an easy way of doing this rather than creating the new forums/subforums and mass moving the threads ?

Just change the parent forum of 05-08 to Category 02.
